When it comes to pay, women in the workplace are being left behind.
Don't believe me? Check out the data. Women, on average, earn 82 cents on the dollar compared to men. That's an 18% gap. What could you do with an 18% raise? Me? Lots!
But it doesn't stop there. Starting out of college, women who are entering the workforce earn 93.5% compared to what male graduates earn, a difference of 6.5%.
Even female managers don't get a bye. Female managers earn 10% less than male managers.
I think it's time to change that, don't you? It's time you got a raise.
