I have am a fan of local Windsor, Ontario comedian Jen Richardson. So I was really excited to sit down and interview her.
This lady, even though she doesn’t know it, can do it all. Raising a daughter, working full time, creating events for you and other comedians as well as getting on that stage and making people laugh. Jen & I also talk about the need for more female comedians in our area. Cause I hate to say it, but women are funny too!
Jen and a few other comedians in our city have shown me that comedy is making a come back in our city (which makes me so happy). I think everyone needs to laugh and have fun right now.
And if you have ever thought of trying your hand at stand-up comedy, listen in and if it’s still for you, check your area to see when there are open mic nights and go for it!
