Adriana is not only a mom of 3, high school teacher, podcaster, Macro Mentor, nutrition & fitness coach but she also practices what she teachers her clients. She works out, whether it be just getting steps or going to the gym for strength training. She also has worked eating well into the mix. Adriana looks at food differently than most Nutrition Coaches. Yes check your protein, carbs & calories, but if you have a hankering for something “not nutritious” then go for it. Adriana shows us how to make fitness & nutrition a lifestyle that is attainable and doesn’t feel like a job.
