I sat down with Simmie Sereg who is the creator of this Wellness Festival. This festival sounds like a little slice of heaven right in the Windsor/Essex County area. Held at the glorious Lungovita Beach Retreat in Harrow, Ontario it is definitely the perfect spot for relaxing and getting back in touch with ourselves.
