One of the most intense longings humans experience is the desire to be loved. In teens, that desire is turned up to the max. Because of this, discipling teens is done most effectively in the context of relationships. But how do we build that relationship in a healthy and effective way? And what safeguards do we need to put in place so that the relationship is safe for you and the youth worker?
