You're working on yourself, checking the boxes of career, pursuing your purpose, but there are still so many unknowns. The one that can't be achieved by working harder, putting in more hours, going back to school, or sharpening your skill set is…love.
The journey to finding love is different for everyone, but it starts with loving yourself. Gina recognizes that sometimes she's her own worst critic. She is also working on changing the narrative in her own head.
Learning to love yourself starts with self-care. Self-care is the commitment to take care of your mental, emotional, and physical well being. As the two share similarities and parallels in their life, which resembles a self-induced therapy session, they make commitments to improve their chances of love. Gina's is to be more playful and have more fun. Erin's is to make bold moves and create space in her life to meet someone.
