We sat down with Tina Thomson of The Frisbie Group and Epiphany Leadership Coaching, LLC. She shared her story on how she was often the only woman in the board room and shared insights of how she works to support executive women. Tina Thomson is an Author and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who draws on her own experience as a leader over the past 38 years. Tina has owned and managed 3 successful businesses before establishing Epiphany, and she has held several executive corporate positions, including Chief Executive (CEO) of a National organization, and Global Director of an international organization. Tina is the Honorary Ambassador for the Female Wave of Change. She serves on the Board of Frisbie Group as Executive Advisor. Amongst other positively impactful roles, she highlights her meaningful role on the President's Council of St. Thomas Aquinas College.
