SUBSCRIBER? TECHNICAL GLITCH ON THIS EPISODE. DOWNLOAD AGAIN FOR THE CORRECTED VERSION. On May 20, 2019, the United States Supreme Court decided the Tribal treaty right case of Herrera v. Wyoming 5-4 in favor of the Crow Tribe. What does this decision mean? Not as much as you might think...yet. Listen as Dave and Nephi break down the decision.
