Avoidance feels like relief in the moment—a pause from discomfort—but over time, it binds us tighter. When we turn away from fear, silence what needs to be said, or delay what calls for action, we strengthen the very thing we wish to escape. Today’s meditation invites us to face what we fear with courage and care. As we lean into resistance, fear softens, courage grows, and the path to freedom becomes clear.
