Unitholders of ESR-Reit and Ara Logos Logistics Trust will soon need to make a decision on the merger of the 2 real estate investment trusts (Reits).The proposed S$1.4 billion merger will be effected by way of a trust scheme of arrangement and will see ESR-Reit acquiring all of ALog Trust's units in exchange for a combination of cash and new units. What will they decide at their EGM on January 27?
