Singapore’s pay gap between senior managers and entry-level employees has increased by 12 per cent since 2008, this according to organisational consultancy Korn Ferry. 77 per cent of the 58 countries analysed saw a widening pay gap across all regions, with the average increase in Asia coming in at 15 per cent across nine countries. Kartikey Singh, Associate Client Partner at Korn Ferry Singapore shares his analysis of the numbers.
