Show Notes

ADHD is one of the most common types of neurodivergence in children. Unfortunately, it’s also one of the most heavily medicated from an early age. My guest, Dana Kay, joins me to talk about how she reduced her child’s ADHD medication, improved his diet by removing inflammatory foods, and helps other families thrive with ADHD.

Common Side Effects of ADHD Medication

  1. Loss of appetite
  2. Inability to sleep
  3. Comedown effects like worse tantrums
  4. Anxiety
  5. Weight loss and growth stunting
