Do you find that you can’t seem to lose weight no matter what you do? If you’re cutting and counting calories, exercising regularly, or following a restrictive diet plan and still not losing weight, there’s a chance you have Repressed Metabolic Syndrome. I’m joined by weight-loss coach, Stu Schaefer, to talk about how he helps people struggling to lose weight finally get it off by following some of his simple rules.

 

The Basic Rules of Weight Loss

  1. Include protein with every meal (meat-source is better)
  2. Don’t eat fruit on its own
  3. Don’t drink alcohol at night
  4. A brisk walk is suitable cardio
