Sarge is joined by Constitutional Historian and Authority, Michael Gaddy and they address the issue of mandatory vaccinations. Sarge plays a clip of Alan Dershowitz saying that 'you have no constitutional right to NOT be vaccinated' referring to the SCOTUS opinion in 197 US 11 'Jacobson v Massachusetts (1905). Michael agrees with Sarge that Dershowitz it TOTALLY WRONG as is the Supreme Court in the referenced opinion. He then goes on to explain why. The big problem is the ignorance of the American people who are allowing these things to take place!
