Sarge opens the show by discussing a Nebraska midwife who's being charged with murder after a baby she was trying to deliver experienced complications and later died after two days on life support in a hospital. The first question to ask is why is this midwife being charged with murder when doctors have babies they were trying to deliver die all the time and they are never charged? Can you say double standard? Doug calls in to agree with what Sarge has to say from his own experience.
