New home sales in Ottawa cooled off in February, dropping almost 14 percent to 261 units. While that's down from January, year-to-date sales are still slightly up. Brampton’s getting a major transit boost with a new LRT extension, bringing thousands of new homes and jobs. Plus, Mississauga is building over 1400 new rental units, many of them affordable.
