Today, we're talking about the power of beginner's mind.

Here's something that might surprise you: researchers found that children ask an average of 73 questions a day. Seventy-three! But adults? We ask about four.

What happened to all that curiosity? When did "I don't know" become something to hide instead of celebrate?

In Zen Buddhism, there's this concept called "Shoshin, the beginner's mind. It means approaching life with openness, eagerness, and freedom from preconceptions. Even when you're learning something you think you already know.
