Today's Practice:
Sway, only so you can stay conscious of the Stillness. Chant a mantra, only so you can stay conscious AS the Silence. This contrast makes it easy to recognize your Self. In any moment of perceived minor or major, inner or outer chaos today, stop, breathe, and hear these words:
This is temporary. Love will guide me through it.
Love is carrying me through it.
This felt-Love is helping me see through the illusion of it.
It's not actually here.
Only Love is.
Smile and carry on. The seeming solutions to the seeming problems are born in Silence... they come from the Stillness. Keep witnessing the swaying, Keep hearing the chanting. Keep being the Love.
