Just Relax and Trust the Process

When trusting the process seems like it's not working,
that's also a part of the process.
Feel this. 
Every time you notice a negative thought today,
remember that it's a part of the process and couldn't be otherwise.
So your 'free will' is knowing, 'that's the process, and I'm just bearing witness from Love, thank God!'
