See only Love.
Which means to stop and become aware of this Love that we practice, while simultaneously aware of human emotions like anger, frustration, or happiness. It means to stop and become aware of the feeling of Love while tasting food. It means to pause and feel Love while seeing the world, to feel Love where you see the world. To know only Love IS, where the world is appearing. This remembrance IS gratitude. You're grateful that you know the Truth, the Essence, the 'stuff' that makes up the world and your experience. This is the bridge. The path. "Love is the way I walk in gratitude."
