A quick review of different 'doors' or practices to keep you in Love this week, to get you through and beyond your hardships to the Go(o)d that awaits. The GoOD you deserve. The GoOD you ARE. The GoOD that IS. The only one I forgot to mention (that helped me TREMENDOUSLY) was: 1. Notice when you're worrying about something 2. Remember that you don't feel bad because what you're worrying about is true (or will come true), you feel bad because it's NOT TRUE. It's false. And that's the only reason you feel 'off'... because God doesn't agree with you on that subject. When you and God differ on a topic, you get a sign. And that sign is 'worry', or 'fear'. 3. Feel the relief in that remembrance and feel Go(o)d again. Now you and God agree! 4. Sitting up seems like such an insignificant adjustment. It seems like something you’re only doing physically, something you've been prompted to do, something you’ve chosen to do. You only sit up 'down here' because you’re rising 'up there'. As you eat your meals down here, feel in that moment that you’re being fed up there. Spiritually sustained.
