Alan Corey is the author of, "THE SUBVERSIVE JOB SEARCH: How to Overcome A Lousy Job, Sluggish Economy, and Useless Degree to Create a Six-Figure Career." He was a millionaire real estate investor when he wrote first first book, "A Million Bucks by 30." As a young man, he was also a bar owner and reality-TV regular. At the age of 29, with numerous investments under his belt, he ended up on unemployment.

Corey explains his career and what he learned about personal finances. He managed to reinvent himself as a career man after having to go on a job hunt for the first time in ten years and was able to go from being hopelessly ignored to being incessantly headhunted. Corey also discusses how he was able to land an entry-level day job for $40,000 and turn it into a $190,000 a year career in just 24 months.
