My Four Essential Interview Questions with a new Rep or Partner.What do you do to get someone started as an MLM rep?Interview the rep by asking these questions.Have you ever done sales? Straight commission sales? Real estate?Do you have any networking marketing experience?Have you ever owned your own business?What are your intentions for your business?Why ask these questions?It gives me an idea of how much energy they are bringing to the business.It tells me how much education they will need to get where they want to.It tells me whether they have a realistic idea of what it will take to be successful.This helps me determine who will be the best fit for my team, and by asking these questions, I have build very large sales organizations, with relatively few people.
