This week Kat (@kat.defatta) has one of her VERY favorite humans on the show, Janet Heilbronn. Janet was actually Kat's first supervisor as an intern when she was in graduate school. This week they talk about what Kat was like 9 years ago and what helped move her along her path to becoming a therapist. Kat also invites Janet to talk about her own journey as a healer, what modalities she likes to use and why. Together they talk about somatics, experiential therapy, and what the term resourcing means.
