In her coaching practice, Laura talks with many people about their core values but often finds that people do not list "prioritize myself" as one of them. Prioritizing yourself is hard. It takes work and it takes setting boundaries. And it is crucial to set those boundaries to hold that space for yourself. So let's get you back to that place where you are holding that boundary for yourself, and that is the default.
