Do you feel a big shift on the horizon? I suspect you might! If not, you will definitely start feeling it soon, and this episode is here to help you prepare.
We are in for some major karmic energy shifts this year, and we will start seeing some of those set in motion in the month of February. Meanwhile, there are a lot of repeating astrological energies still hanging on from the month of January (and, to be honest, some from all the way back in 2020). Tune into this episode to get some tips, and of course yoga practices, to align with the astrological energies--to find your rhythms with the repeating energies, and to prepare yourself in the best way for the upcoming shifts.
