The candle is an intermediate/advanced variation of the shoulderstand. It is good for building strength in the torso, but please be careful and go slowly if it is the first time you are trying it, so you don’t hurt your neck. Demonstrated by Chris. Camera: Nanda. Speaker: Sita.
