Welcome to episode number five. Dustin and Jake talk with Darla, who happens to be Dustin's mother, about successfully utilizing the new strategy. This concept has been around for years, but not many people know about it or use it. Darla converted her one year old 15 year mortgage to a three year pay-off plan. Since starting this new strategy, Darla has paid an additional $30,000+ off on the mortgage's principle (she only would have paid about $6,000 if she had stuck to the 15 year note plan).
