Welcome to another episode of Growing Pains. This was definitely painful to do, but it wouldn't be an episode if it wasn't. Growing is so painful, but it's definitely necessary. We will all eventually get the hang of it, and these mental sprints and jumping jacks will get easier with time. We're focusing on the long term goals here. There's a little babbling in this one, but when is there not babbling (hahahaha). So pls enjoy this episode while you clean, put on as noise when you sleep, or background noise, and hear me talk about the validation of problems :)
