The city of Khorfakkan is set to host the third edition of the Khorfakkan Marine Festival, organised by the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club and Al Sharqiya Channel from Kalba. The festival will run from 26 December to 4 January 2026 on Khorfakkan Beach, featuring participation from nine countries: UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Zanzibar, India, Iran and Iraq, in a celebration of maritime heritage and sports that reflects strong cultural and maritime ties.
