It directly references an African-themed meme so we ask: is this racism, or just cringe humour? How does this compare with other instances of blackface / brownface we’ve seen? Hear our takes on pigeons as we talk about a woman who has fed so many of them in Yishun, that the National Parks Board (NParks) is stepping in to control their numbers.
