Show Notes

In light of Haresh’s absence, we have comedian Jacky onboard as this week’s guest host! We talk about last weekend’s big news: the oil spill caused by an allision between two vessels that stained coastlines at East Coast Park, Labrador Nature Reserve, Keppel Bay, the Southern Islands and Sentosa. We discuss the media frenzy around the issue, and whether more could have been done to contain the spill. Aside from that, we also talk about creativity in Singapore schools, as MOE revealed that Singapore’s 15-year-olds topped a global test of creative thinking despite not thinking of themselves as creative.
