The list of charges included details about concerts, football matches and even a private jet to Doha. What happens now? Elsewhere, a Bukit Timah resident’s fish pond was brutally ravaged for the 2nd time in just over a year by a group of otters. This time, the resident’s 16 arowanas were decimated. What should be done about these killer otters?
