The Singapore Land Authority (SLA) announced that Gillman Barracks would be getting a $2 million facelift to rejuvenate the locale. However, several current F&B tenants were left high and dry, as they were asked to retender or leave, in spite of having ultimately survived COVID. How is this fair?
