March is Women’s History Month, and while massive strides have been made for women in the workplace, discrepancies persist. 47% of the U.S. workforce is comprised of women. However, according to a 2024 Equal Pay Day report from SHRM, 74% of HR professionals agree women face discrimination in the labor market.
