Several North Carolina parents rallied on Wednesday calling on Republican legislators to fully fund scholarships for children to attend private and religious institutions. This comes after lawmakers were not able to work out an agreement earlier this year to meet the demand of the program. With Chris Edwards to talk more about this is one of the rally organizer's Rachel Lee Brady.
