The National Alliance on Mental Illness raises concerns over Congress’ reconciliation bill that would slash Medicaid funding—the largest payer of mental health services in America. If passed, this bill could leave 10.9 million people uninsured, including 7.8 million people who rely on Medicaid, putting access to lifesaving mental health care in jeopardy.
