It has been six months since the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore and as recovery and reconstruction continues we wanted to take a look at what the process is like to rebuild and get the bridge back up and working. With Chris Edwards to talk about the rebuilding process is Chuck LeVerdiere, a Structural Engineer in Raleigh.
