The Trump administration has launched a lawsuit against the NC Board of Elections claiming they have failed to abide by the 2002, Help America Vote Act. This is in response to the election of Allison Riggs beating Jefferson Griffin by 734 votes and later. Jon Champion talks with Thane Rosenbaum about this lawsuit and what we should expect with it.
