The American Red Cross continues to experience an emergency blood shortage as severe winter weather has further impacted the ability to rebuild the blood supply. Blood and platelet donations are needed now to help alleviate the shortage and ensure lifesaving medical procedures are not delayed. Angela Powley, from the American Red Cross, joins Chris Edwards and Jon Champion with more details on these issues.
