Duke will raise the minimum wage for eligible employees to $20 per hour effective July 1. The new rate will be among the highest minimum wages offered by regional universities and health systems in North Carolina. Paul Grantham, Vice President of Human Relations for Duke Health, joined Jeff Hamlin to discuss the wage increase.
