Last week, former Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad OchoCinco made a stop at Raleigh’s Rialto Theater. It came after an appearance on the podcast “Night Cap,” where OchoCinco pronounced Raleigh “Rah-lee-ah.” Hayes Permar is the owner of the Rialto Theater and decided to welcome OchoCinco in a unique way. Permar joined Jeff Hamlin.
