With St. Patrick’s Day celebrations underway, the North Carolina State Highway Patrol is reminding drivers to celebrate responsibly as the statewide “Booze It & Lose It” campaign began Monday. It will continue through Sunday. Lindsay Poe with the N.C. Department of Transportation joined Jeff Hamlin to discuss the campaign.
