A few dozen people gathered at UNC-Chapel Hill campus to protest the Trump administration's proposed "Compact for Academic Excellence." Chancellor Lee Roberts said the university would not sign the compact "as written." Kiersten Ray Hackman was one of the UNC students to participate in the protest.
