President Trump has refused to apologize after sharing a racist video on his social media platform despite widespread outrage and condemnation. It coincides with two more Congressional incumbents who announced last week they won’t seek re-election. There are now 51 Congressional incumbents not seeking re-election this year, the highest number since World War II. Bob Orr, a Republican and a former North Carolina Associate Supreme Court Justice, joined Jeff Hamlin to discuss Trump’s video and how it is impacting his party.
