A native of Hillsborough has been named Billy Joel’s biggest fan. And Fred Maske has a trip to Madison Square Garden in New York to prove it. Maske was on hand for the final show of Billy Joel’s residency in New York and appeared on CBS on Sunday night during a presentation that aired nationwide. Maske, who now lives in California, had a whirlwind trip to be named Billy Joel’s biggest fan, but he took home the Piano Man’s vinyl collection along the way.
