Trey Wasserburger (TDAngus) returns as our guest to update us on the progress of Sustainable Beef LLC. It is now less than 3 months from the doors opening on the newest packing facility of this size. We’ll talk about the things that have changed since they broke ground like inflation, cattle numbers, and the higher markets. Plus, a discussion on their collaboration with partners from farm to plate… one specifically being Walmart. It’s now more than a pipe dream and definitely more than reality… this new packing plant is gonna happen!
