The Ballarat Gov Hub is a new $100 million multi use office development in the Northern end of Ballarat's central business district. This multi-story mass timber structure, is the largest timber built office building in Victoria to date, and achieve a Green Star 5 Star rating for the base building and the fit-out. Today we're speaking with Jack Alam, Design Manager at Kane about:
