Pancakes and Peacocks is a podcast that explores joyful living in all its forms.
Joy isn’t a new thing for us, we are born full of love and joy. What happens is that we step away from that factory setting into something other than that which we truly are.
When we are living in a way that feels truly in alignment with ourselves, that is where the magic happens. That is where we get to experience joy.
This is the intro episode to the series with just the host, me, Ruth Penfold. Realising the initial life blueprint I had chosen wasn't the right one, I radically changed everything around me in the past ten years to create a fulfilling life with joy at the centre.
This episode gives a chance to learn a little more about the podcast and what to expect as the series progresses.
