Rachel both lives in and grew up in Washington State. Her parents, both avid hunters, have hunted all over the world and began taking her along at the young age of 5. Rachel's passion for hunting, conservation, and everything outdoors was something that gleamed through in everything she did from a very young age. Today, she in an accomplished hunter, whom has big game and waterfowl hunted in 16 diff states over the last 30 years. Rachel's drive, passion, and obsession for seeing women and young girls get out to hunt is nothing new to the hunting world. Voss stands out as one of the most powerful ladies in the R3 hunting world as she has personally taken out over 400 ladies on mentor hunts in the past 4 years. Rachel's has considerable drive and passion to keep the hunting heritage alive, she continues to do so as the National Director for the Share the HERitage program; First hunt Foundation's WOMENS mentor program.
